Leasa Mayer

President and CEO

Leasa joined CRG Events in 1987 as an event planner and worked her way up to become President in 1996 and owner in 2000. Leasa has provided the vision and strategic direction that has enabled CRG Events to grow into an experiential events agency, working with outstanding clients to produce meaningful events.

Leasa was awarded the WBO Nellie Cashman Business Owner of the Year and recognized as a Puget Sound Business Journal Woman of Influence. In addition to her work with CRG Events, Leasa serves on the Board of Directors for Amara, and is committed to helping the most vulnerable children in our community live with families who will love and support them forever.

Carrie Hanley

Senior Vice President, Sales

Prior to joining CRG in 2002, Carrie Hanley spent her career in the world of high-tech, selling software applications in the areas of mechanical engineering, product data management and enterprise application integration. As Senior Vice President of Sales for CRG, Carrie is responsible for leading efforts with our existing clients along with new client development, and managing the CRG sales team. Carrie is also focused on developing partnerships that will leverage CRG’s services and solutions, thereby expanding CRG’s footprint in the events industry.

Kimberly Searing

Chief Financial Officer

In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Kimberly is responsible for CRG financial reporting, accounting and cash management and the implementation of policies and procedures. In 2012, Kimberly was a finalist for the CFO of the Year by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Prior to joining CRG, Kimberly was the Chief Financial Officer and Controller for two large transportation companies and prior to that spent five years in the public accounting industry. Specializing in business performance management, Kimberly’s experience as a CPA brings a wealth of knowledge to the CRG team.

Deanne Bryan

Vice President, Event Management

Deanne Bryan is responsible for ensuring that the Event Management team’s successful efforts result in greater ROI for clients. She is focused on training and continuously innovating to meet our clients’ business goals. Deanne began working at CRG as a customer service representative in 2003, and over the years she has served in both the Registration and Event Management departments. Working up through the ranks provided Deanne with immeasurable insight into CRG’s business objectives and an understanding of the synergy of our services across departments.

Brooke Hall

Vice President, Event Registration

Brooke Hall drives direction and strategy of the Event Registration Department. Brooke focuses on implementation of new and innovative registration processes and delivering outstanding customer service. This includes building partnerships with technology suppliers and researching tools available to enhance the attendee experience. Brooke began working at CRG Events in 2003. During her tenure, she served in registration management and website project management roles, overseeing complex registration projects and strategy for large conferences.
