Athletic Apparel Company Team Offsite

Bringing people together is the essence of our work. For this team meeting, CRG collaborated with our client to create an impactful team offsite and bring life to their vision – Connect, Accelerate, and Celebrate.

Taking place in Santa Monica, the offsite brought together two, newly merged divisions at the company. The goal was to strengthen and enhance the collaboration between the divisions and build team unity.

Following the company’s ”work hard, play hard” motto, employees connected through a variety of teambuilding activities, such as morning beach yoga, biking, surf lessons and a custom ”Amazing Race”-style competition.

Daytime sessions focused on accelerating the new partnership between the divisions with team introductions, division overviews, and building for the future. We kept the meeting vibe beach casual with comfortable armchairs, couches, and soft pillows.

In between teambuilding and sessions, the team found time to celebrate and enjoy the sunny SoCal location. A welcome reception at the hotel kicked off the week. A beach leisure morning featured a hospitality suite where employees could relax and enjoy Beach Butler service, and the final night party took place on the beach, complete with a bonfire, BBQ, lawn games, and s’mores.
