Imagine is a conference designed to bring together Microsoft’s top advertising partners in digital marketing, to discuss how technologies are shaping the future of advertising and driving consumer behavior.
In a nutshell:
- Agenda consists of two days of sessions and presentations by noteworthy speakers, including Steve Ballmer.
- Attendees registered for the event through an online registration website managed by CRG. The branded website was a one-stop place for attendees to find information about the event, provide their contact information for registration, answer event-specific survey questions, and select hotel accommodations.
- CRG managed 35 speakers, including founders of Imagine Entertainment and Academy Award-winners, Brian Grazer and Ron Howard.
- Coordinated Microsoft campus tours.
- The conference concluded with a party at the Experience Music Project with a performance by Train.
- CRG was able to help Microsoft translate the event strategy by providing seamless logistical infrastructure to deliver a very impactful event to this high-level audience.
- Feedback from the evaluations indicated 100% of the attendees would recommend Imagine and 88% said Imagine was more valuable than similar events they attended.
